Three Defined Engagements, Each With a Specific Output

Hexenmark offers three consulting engagements — each scoped, priced, and designed to produce a document you own and can use.

Our Approach

How Hexenmark Engagements Work

Each Hexenmark engagement follows the same general structure: an initial conversation to confirm fit and scope, a written brief, the engagement itself (session or sessions), and a written deliverable at the close. The specifics differ by engagement type.

The methodology across all three engagements is facilitator-led and participant-driven. This means the consultant designs and runs the process, but your team does the thinking and arrives at the conclusions. The output reflects your business, not a generic template.

All engagements are conducted in English. Bilingual delivery can be discussed at the scoping stage. Sessions can take place at your premises or at the Hexenmark office in Talat Yai, Phuket.

Initial Conversation

A no-obligation call to understand your situation and confirm whether one of the engagements is a reasonable fit.

Written Brief

Scope, deliverables, and price confirmed in writing before work begins. Includes confidentiality provisions.

Session(s)

Facilitated working session or sessions at an agreed location. Preparation completed in advance by the consultant.

Written Deliverable

Final document produced, reviewed internally, and delivered to the client. One revision round included.

A One Day

Brand Positioning Workshop

A one-day workshop for small business owners and small leadership teams who want to think more clearly about how their business is positioned in its market. The consultant prepares a tailored set of working exercises, runs the session at the client's preferred location, and produces a tidy summary document afterwards.

The output is a position statement and a short narrative the client owns and can use to inform their own marketing and communications work. This is a strategy session, not a creative production engagement.

What the session covers:

Who you serve and who you do not
What makes your offering worth choosing
How you currently describe your business and where that falls short
Drafting and refining a position statement together
  • Tailored pre-session exercise preparation
  • Session at your preferred location
  • Written position statement and narrative
  • One revision round included

Brand Positioning Workshop

Best suited for

Small business owners and leadership teams of 2–5 people who are building or refreshing their communications, briefing a designer, or preparing to grow the team.

Customer Journey Mapping

Best suited for

Service businesses, hospitality operators, and small retail brands that want to understand and improve how customers move through their business — from first contact to ongoing relationship.

B 2–3 Weeks

Customer Journey Mapping

A two-to-three week engagement to build a written and visual map of how a typical customer interacts with the client's business — from first awareness through to ongoing relationship. The consultant interviews staff in customer-facing roles, reviews any existing customer data the client provides, and produces a clean journey map.

The deliverable identifies notable touchpoints and friction, and supports the client's own customer experience planning. It does not produce a marketing strategy — it produces the map that informs one.

What the engagement covers:

Customer-facing staff interviews (conducted on-site)
Review of any existing customer data or records
Mapping of touchpoints from awareness to repeat engagement
Friction and opportunity annotation on the map
  • Staff interview preparation included
  • Visual and written journey map delivered
  • Friction and opportunity notes included
  • One revision round included

C 6–8 Weeks · 4 Sessions

Service Design Working Sessions

A four-session engagement spread over six to eight weeks, working with the client's team on the design of a specific service offering — whether new or being refreshed. Each session focuses on a different aspect: scope, audience, delivery flow, supporting materials.

The consultant facilitates each session and produces a written summary, with a final composite document at the end describing the service in detail. The client's team makes design decisions; the consultant supports the process. Designed for teams with three to ten participants.

Session structure:

Session 1: Service scope — what it includes and what it does not
Session 2: Audience — who the service is for and what they need
Session 3: Delivery flow — how the service is actually experienced
Session 4: Supporting materials — what the team needs to deliver it well
  • Four facilitated sessions (3–10 participants)
  • Written summary after each session
  • Final composite service document
  • One revision round on the final document
